Herb Middleton is a world-renown multi-platinum

record producer and well-established musician that

has accumulated multiple Grammy nominations

within the course of 29 years in the music industry.

Herb is known as “Big Herb” started his musicianship at

the age of 9 playing the drums. Herb Middleton

produced his first hit single on “Big Bub”, the former

lead singer of early New Jack Swing Group “Today”.

After the peak of the hit song "Telling Me Stories",

Herb Middleton received a call from Sean "Puffy”

Combs who was leaving Uptown Records to develop

his own company which became Bad Boy

Entertainment. In 1993 "Big Herb" worked closely with

"Puffy" on several projects. Herb contributed his

musicianship & production skills in a collaborative

effort to create a classic hit titled "Can't You See" by

Total feat Biggie Smalls. In 1994 Herb produced

ballads on Mary J Blige's "My Life" album. "You Gotta

Believe" & "Never Wanna Live Without You”.

MARK GOLDSTEIN - CEO

Mark is an established entertainment/music industry consultant and artist manager with a vast working knowledge of the entertainment/music industries coupled with years of experience and a demonstrated history in these areas. He is skilled in business development, contract negotiations, artist development, music management, music licensing, television/film project development and all other aspects of the entertainment industry. Mr. Goldstein is revered as a forward-thinking entertainment executive and dynamic strategist who is not bound by any conventional rules or practices and is widely known for developing and implementing unique cutting edge business and marketing strategies. He is currently working with notable television and film producers in the development and production of television shows and motion pictures. In addition, Mark is also an accomplished musician/songwriter and producer. He writes, produces and records new artists in all popular commercial styles. 


 

KIMBERLY WEEKES - EXECUTIVE VP OF A&R

Kimberly serves as Co-founder and Executive Director of "Your Big Break Showcase Tour LLC, a for profit talent group established and located in the State of Florida. 

Ever since she was a teenager, Kimberly Weekes was determined to make a difference in other people's lives. Growing up in New York and New Jersey, Kimberly has always been considered a true visionary.

Today, Kimberly, is living out her dream and connected to some of the most highly influential people in entertainment, Human Rights and Civil Rights. Her enthusiasm and passion for life, walked her through doors with Influencers and movements such as: The People's Agenda, founded by the late Dr. Joseph E. Lowery who advocated for voting rights and his Executive Director, Ms. Helen Butler. She has also volunteered for nonprofit organizations such as : NAACP, SCLC, NAN, Rainbow Push as well as a Committee Chair with the Democratic Party, 2016.

Kimberly's entrepreneurship landed her developing projects in private &public sectors, from working with artists in the music industry to working with elected officials and community organizations. Her

vision as a businesswoman is always to leave a situation/project better than when she arrived. Her skills in development, consulting and operations enables her to assist artists in the music industry. Ms. Weekes' business management experience in entertainment, marketing and corporate affairs enables her to identify the need for education and awareness promoting an innovative approach towards music and craftsmanship within the industry.

This need has given birth to the development of her new company "The Big Break Showcase Tour

LLC. As Co-Founder, Kimberly has spearheaded the development of this new venture from conception to actualization and now to implementation. It's said that the present predicts the future. Mr. Eudon (Bless) Delemar derived from Brooklyn NY, where he was partially raised before his exit to Atlanta, Georgia- to attend college in the IT sector. Mr. Delemar took Atlanta by storm. He managed his first artist in 1995, and since he has been influential and a moving component in several projects ranging from the music industry to film. Mr. Delemar has
mastered several industries and titles over the years, which vary from managing artist, executive producer, music executive, video director, editor, and the owner of Hush Vision Film, to name a few. Mr. Delemar has over twenty years of experience in the industry.
Mr. Delemar has valuable knowledge and insight into how to negotiate and cultivate relationships. Mr. Delemar's focus has been to empower people with exceptional opportunities that can catapult their careers and transform their lives.

Mr. Delemar established -The DVE Group LLC Staffing in 2016, an organization globally linking staffing professionals with cohesive organizations resulting in organic relationships that will cultivate knowledge, expansion, and development internally, by continuously striving for excellence while serving clients with professionalism and integrity. Mr. Delemar leads with over twenty-five years as a senior project manager in corporate America. The DVE Group will
